Lactalis Canada has reached agreement with Agropur Cooperative to acquire parts of its fine cheese division including brands OKA, Monsieur Gustav and L’Extra; two production facilities, as well as its fine cheese import activities.

Lassonde reports lower revenue, higher profit in Q1

Sales at fruit juice maker Lassonde were lower than last year’s first quarter results, as the company released its latest financials. The company reported $664 million in revenue, which is a drop from 2025 of $699.7 million.
